Hi there! I'd like to join you lot as Alex Hale, who's been wandering all over Malton for the past few months. I had originally played AL as Dual Nature, but being part of an ravaging undead horde wasn't nearly as fun as it seemed. Anyways, I've always held both 10MFH and the MCM in high esteem, since they helped out my char when I was just starting out, and I'd like to return the favour by battling it out in Molebank. I also wanted to join a smaller, less intense (in terms of psuedo-military RPing) and more stationary group, which is what you appear to be.

Just let me know where you'd like me to go, and as soon as I get revived, I'll make my way there.

since I can't think of a good way to start this, i'll give you a brief history of myself.

I signed up back when caiger was thought to be invincible. Back then, things were great. There were groups, hordes even, of people trying to stop the zombies, not get to level 41.

But then things changed. Now wireless recievers, once used to send messages to people in faraway places are now used for such urgant messages as "ROCK FLAG ANNNNNNNNNNDDDDD EAGLE!!!" or "The Epiphany's coming! Pretend to understand!" (two of many that I get to listen to while in stickling)

I took quite a long time off when the game stopped being fun, but with three years of off and on creating and deleting accounts, recently I've decided to give the social thing another go.

There is one problem, however. I see that you have a bounty for PKing. (RG report)
We don't allow PKers to become members, but... I see that you have just the one report, so we may be able to make an exception if you have a reasonable explanation for the killing.
You should know that 10 minutes from hell has a strict no PKing policy. We don't do it -with the exception of text rapists who should be put down as frequently as possible.
Please let us know the circumstances surrounding the Pking incident then we will consider your application.

First of all this took place 6 months ago. Ill say it again for dramatic effect: six months. It's been six months since the incident, and I had never killed anyone before, nor anyone after.
Perhaps that might get you screaming pker, but personally I don't think someone should be judged from one incident.

But to the point:
If you notice, in the screenshot I give a message right after killing him. Although I doubt you even looked, it says:
And thus justice is served...

Now why would I say that?
Why indeed. After watching arthur kill two other people and deal 40 some damage to me, I decided enough was enough, and killed him. Then I sent out a message letting everyone know WHY I did it.

This is why I asked your version of the incident. Please don't make assumptions about us. We are not making assumptions about you. (If we did, I would have simply told you that you didn't meet our qualifications, right?)

Yes - there is a Pker database and I report PKers to it when I see a killing. It is a good habit to get into, IMO. If you had known about the database, you could have reported your friends killings and then your killing would have not given you a record.

You might want to make note of this link: Brainstock. Brainstock is where you can report a PKing if one occurs.

Now, then, there is the matter of the bounty that is on your head... If you are killed twice and it is reported as a bounty report (on Brainstock, as well), then your bounty will be cleared.
If you would like help clearing it, let me know. I have an alt in the Shearbank area who would be glad to help you with that. (Let's just say she has a rather itchy trigger finger and can use any XP that she can get! :teeth:)

I'd have no objections to admitting you as a potential member once your bounty is cleared.

This is our application process: You express an interest in joining (which you have done), then if you are accepted we will add you to our potential members list here on the forum. This means that you will have access to our potential members section of the forum. That area is not viewable by the general public. You will go through a "get to know you" period while we get to know you and you get to know us. Then, if both parties agree that you are a good fit, you are made a full team member and will get full member access to the forum. Make sense?

Yea didn't know, is there any way to get it removed? Although it's been so long, I doubt it'll have much of a case.

Well - if you have a screenshot of that guy killing your friends, you'd have the proof you need to have your bounty removed.
I doubt you do, however, because you didn't know you needed it.

Quite a few of us are in Felix General. We could use a genny there or in Eglen NT.

I'll make the executive decision that you can't become a full member with a bounty. We can see if you are lucky (?) enough to be PKed or maybe someone can help you out. We'll just have to see what happens.

I'll open up the potential members section of our forum to you. That area isn't viewable to the public so it is more secure than the general section. You need to keep in mind, however, that any other potential members we've enrolled will have access to it, too. If you have something to talk to us about that you don't want to have open to other potential members, then PM me or Taloula Belle.

Hello, Twistid420! I usually recommend that inexperienced players level up at Malton College of Medicine (or somewhere else), but... Molebank isn't quite as dangerous as it used to be so... we'll see...

I'm level 20 and have been playing since December 2008. I've also been getting steadily addicted!

I've been playing by myself but as my skills and objects increase I find myself looking for more to do in the game. I would love to be part of a team and work alongside other players. I was looking up groups that were recruiting in the Urban Dead Wiki and read your description and I'm very intrigued. I do not PK or Bounty Hunt.

I would love to patrol the suburb of Molebank and rebuild barricades and kill zombies, etc., the only drawback I can see is that I am currently in Dulston and need to travel a ways. But I can be on my way as soon as you give the word!

10 minutes from hell is not like most other groups, as you may have gathered. We take pride in being 'the good guys'... for example in Molebank we are plagued by a griefing zerger who sprays offensive graffitti everywhere...

but still we are 10 minutes from hell. and molebank is ours damnit. but we will not lower ourselves to their level.

I will be on my way travelling from Dulston to Molebank as soon as I get some more action points....

It may take me awhile to get there (like a week) since it's quite a ways!

P.S. I'm actually in Rolt Heights right now, and travelling. Oh, and I have a portable generator and a transmitter with me that I'm sure will come in handy for yours (our?) group!

I too am looking for a team to call home.

I've been playing Urban Dead for over a year now and am starting to get bored. I want to broaden my experience. Recently, I began to PK (I decided to be up front and honest about this) simply out of boredom (I think I did in three poor souls). However, I don't want to be a PKer, what I really want is to belong to a group and stop wandering the city with no real aim. I hate the zeds, zergs, PKers, and GKers, and I want to fight as part of a team!

If you can't consider me because of my past transgressions then I understand, but I would be honored and humbled if you would.

Its up to Lois, but as far as I can tell, we accept reformed PKers as long as they don't have a bounty. I'm sure it won't be much of a problem. We'll need a link to your character in order to accept you, so you'll want to post that.

In other matters, Its great you are thinking of joining our little group. We're only a little bit insane, I mean, I'm the only one who has went to sleep in the street(on purpose) so far, but I had a good reason, I swear.
