It's a fully autonomous robot. No human control.

It is designed to carry heavy loads (300+ pounds) over teraain too rough for vehicles - will be deployed in Afghanistan very soon.

Think of it as RoboMule.

& I want one! no particularly good reason, just its cool - think how many gennies & faks you could carry!

At some points it looked like a huge fly or something.
The "leg" movements... are eerily creepy for some reason. xD
